Literary Yoga with live poetry

Discover the harmony of movement, breathing and poetry in this special literary yoga session. In a unique location at the Keizersberg Abbey, we will unwind and prepare body and mind to live more fully in the moment.

Under the guidance of an experienced yoga teacher, we explore the value of both physical movement and inner stillness. Meanwhile, poet Francesca Birlogeanu will give an inspiring, connecting or even consoling reading.

Together, we create a space where the power of poetry and the tranquillity of yoga come together to send us off into the rest of the day with renewed energy.
